What is MyChart and how do I use it?
MyChart is a free, easy-to-use tool that lets you manage your health online. With MyChart you can: Complete your registration paperwork in advance of your Metro Imaging appointment. Upload a copy of your insurance card. View and share your imaging results.
How do I get a MyChart activation code?
Access the MyChart login page and click Sign Up Now. On the Please Identify Yourself page, click Request Online. The Activation Code page will appear, enter your demographics information. Who do I contact if I have further questions?
Can I refill my prescriptions using MyChart?
