What age do I need to create a MyChart account?
If you have been given your Medical Record Number, please be sure to use that while signing up to assure we can match your account to your medical record. A patient must be at least 14 years of age to create a MyChart account. If the patient is under the age of 14, you will need to request proxy access to the child.
