Who has access to my Spectrum Health MyChart account?
Your parent or legal guardian will have access to your account until you reach 12 years old. If you are over 12 years old, we may give you access to Spectrum Health MyChart to establish your own account, without parental/guardian access. Additional information is available in the FAQ’s.

What is the Spectrum Health app?
The Spectrum Health app is a free software application you can download to your smartphone or tablet. Use it to access MyChart, find a doctor or location, and pay your bills from your mobile device. Trust us to keep your health information safe and protected. MyChart follows all federal and state privacy laws.
What is MyChart proxy access?
Family Access: With MyChart proxy access, you can easily manage your family’s health from your own MyChart login. Newborn to 11 years: Parents and guardians can have MyChart access to their children up through age 11 (up until the day before 12 years).
What to do if you suspect unauthorized use of Spectrum Health?
Contact Spectrum Health immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your Account, or any other unauthorized activity on your Account. You must exit fully out of your Account at the end of each session. You are and will be responsible for all activities conducted on Spectrum Health MyChart that make use of your Account, including any use you may subsequently contend was not authorized by you.
How long does Spectrum Health MyChart take to be waived?
Any cause of action you may have with regard to the use of Spectrum Health MyChart must be instituted within six months after the claim or cause of action arises or be forever waived and barred.

REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION OR THEORY OF RECOVERY, IN NO EVENT SHALL SPECTRUM HEALTH, ITS AFFILIATES, ITS LICENSORS AND/OR ITS SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE TO YOU IN ASSOCIATION WITH SPECTRUM HEALTH MYCHART, OR YOUR USE THEREOF, FOR ANY: (A) INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, EVEN IF THEY ARE AWARE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES; OR (B) LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, LOST EXPECTANCY OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTIONS. ANY CLAIM RELATED TO SPECTRUM HEALTH MYCHART MUST BE INITIATED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR OF THE DATE OF THE EVENT THAT GAVE RISE TO THE CLAIM. EXCEPT IN THE CASE OF PROPERTY DAMAGE OR BODILY INJURY, INCLUDING DEATH, SPECTRUM HEALTH’S LIABILITY IN ALL OTHER EVENTS IS LIMITED TO FIVE DOLLARS.
