MyChart is a free online patient portal where you can easily access your UW Medicine medical information in one secure place. Pay bills, sign up for paperless statements and request financial assistance You can receive full access to another patient’s medical record, such as a child aged 0-12, through a proxy account.

Test results that have a narrative to explain test outcomes have a comment that refers one to the attached note. However, these notes are never posted on MyChart and so the patient is left in the dark as to what is really going on.

I agree with the “See Note” explanation of our test results . After having some symptoms months later, I asked My Dr. to find out for me what the “Notes”were. Would have been nice to have that information 4 months ago right after the test.
