How can I sign up for MyChart?
To sign up for MyChart, call your providers office and request your activation code. Once you’ve received your activation code, visit MyChart signup page and follow the prompts or fill out the form and your activation code will be sent to the address you provided within five days.

What electronic medical software does Wheaton College student health services use?
As of 2015-2016, Wheaton College Student Health Services has the same electronic medical software as CDH/Delnor (EPIC) hospital records and Cadence Physician group/Cadence Urgent Care records. This software has a component called MyChart which is a secure online link for an established patient to view different portions of their medical chart.
