How do I protect my MyChart account?
This will help protect your MyChart account. After logging in, you can turn off this added security feature by navigating to Security Settings and clicking “Turn off two-step verification.” Teens ages 13–17 can take charge of their care by creating their own MyChart accounts.
What can I do with my teen’s MyChart account?
A MyChart account lets you send messages to your health care provider, request and renew prescriptions, see test results, schedule appointments and so much more. Parents and guardians can request proxy access to a teen account, but some information will remain confidential and will not be shared without the teen’s permission.
