Who can access my UC Health (MyChart)?
*My UC Health (MyChart) is available for UC Health patients, ages 13+. Parents or legal guardians of children and dependent adults may request proxy access to view portions of their loved one’s medical records.
How do I find a doctor in UCHealth?
Find a new doctor or schedule an appointment with your existing UCHealth provider. My Health Connection is your direct access to schedule appointments, check-in online, and more. Find a primary care, urgent care, specialty clinic, hospital, or emergency room near you. We are providing vaccines to Colorado residents 12 and older.
How long does it take to Activate my UC Health account?
If the personal information (other than your Social Security number) does not match what is listed in your UC Health record, or if you are new to UC Health, you will receive an email to activate your My UC Health account within one to two business days. The first activation link will expire 24 hours after the email is sent.

To do this on the mobile app, tap the menu button in the top right corner, tap “Tools” and then “Request family access.”
How do I do eCheck-in before my appointment?
eCheck-in will save you time and help your doctor prepare for your visit. You’ll be able to use eCheck-in three days before most appointments. We’ll also send you a My Health Connection Message to remind you.
