When will my healthcare services be available in MyChart?

On September 30, 2023, all of your healthcare services with University Hospitals will be available in MyChart. FollowMyHealth for University Hospitals will be discontinued and your information will be transferred to MyChart. Learn more about when to use MyChart or FollowMyHealth during this transition phase.
