This charge will not exceed $40. Your use of MyChart messaging for clinical issues authorizes Reliant Medical Group to bill for the provider’s services, and you agree you are responsible for any self-pay balance if your insurance does not cover the charges. Please check with your insurance company if you have any questions.
How do I enable access to mytuftsmed?
Access to myTuftsMed is enabled by usernames and passwords, security questions and answers and additional security measures as may be implemented from time to time by myTuftsMed. You will choose your username and password when registering for access.
