How do I protect my MyChart account?

This will help protect your MyChart account. After logging in, you can turn off this added security feature by navigating to Security Settings and clicking “Turn off two-step verification.” Teens ages 13–17 can take charge of their care by creating their own MyChart accounts.

How long does it take to get a MyChart account?

We need some information from you in order to grant you a MyChart account. Once submitted, it could take up to a week for processing and verification. Once approved, you will receive an email or a letter with your activation code and instructions on how to activate your MyChart account. If you have any questions, please contact your clinic.

Can you verify your identity with experian?

Unable to Verify Your Identity. In order to instantly create your MyACPNY account, your identity must be verified. Unfortunately, we could not validate your identity using Experian. If you feel you have reached this error inappropriately, you may try and verify your identity using Experian again.

Does AdvantageCare affect credit?

This process is not a credit check. It will not impact your credit score. It will appear as a “soft inquiry” rather than a “hard inquiry” on your credit report.

Can you add videos to your watch history?

Videos you watch may be added to the TV’s watch history and influence TV recommendations. To avoid this, cancel and sign in to YouTube on your computer.
