The app includes access to MyChart, which provides you with secure access to frequently used features of UR Medicine MyChart such as messaging your doctors, upcoming and past appointments, test results and much more. What is MyChart immediate release?

MyChart: Immediate Release is a new initiative that makes all your medical notes and most testing results available via the UR Medicine MyChart application as soon as they are finalized.
