What is MyQuest?
MyQuest is a free and secure tool that makes it easy to get your test results, schedule appointments, track your health history, and more, all in one place. Visit one of Quest’s 2,200 Patient Service Centers – when it’s convenient for you.
How many patients are participating in MyChart?
MyChart is currently activated by approximately 35 percent of our patients. MyChart participation is listed in the patient header and with MyChart release status is listed with each test result. *Tests and labs determined to be sensitive in nature release to MyChart differently than standard tests.
How do I access my quest results?
Your email will include a link to your password-protected results. You can also access results from the Quest website’s top navigation. Log in with the email/password you used to create your account. You will need to verify that it’s you before accessing your confidential results.
What does’reviewed/to MyChart’ mean?
A result was marked as Reviewed/To MyChart in Epic following a bone scan that discovered extensive bone metastasis. This resulted in the patient receiving an immediate email notification that a result had been posted to his MyChart account. The patient reviewed the result via MyChart and read the abnormal report findings.

You can check the current status of your test results in MyQuest on the Results page under Pending Results. Test tracking cards appear on the Results page under Pending Results, and indicate where the test is in the process. Testing can be in one of the following states:
What does the item on the Activity page on a lab test mean?
After requesting your lab test results, a new item appears on your Activity and Results pages. The item on your Activity page indicates you requested a test result and the item on your Results page provides information about the status of that request.
How to get lab results from quest?
If your testing was ordered by your healthcare professional, your lab test results (performed by a Quest Diagnostics laboratory) will be delivered to MyQuest as soon as they are available. You can go to the Results page and look at the Pending Results section to determine the current status of your lab work.
