What is my chart?

MyChart is your secure link to your personal medical record 24 hours a day. MyChart offers many features that allow you to conveniently: Please note, not all physician’s offices offer access to MyChart. Urgent Medical Matters – Please do not use MyChart for issues requiring immediate attention. For urgent medical matters, contact your doctor’s office, go to the nearest emergency department, or call 9-1-1. Forgot username?

How long does it take to respond to a MyChart message?

We will try to respond promptly to messages we receive, but in some cases, the staff that needs to respond to your message or other inquiry may not be available immediately. Accordingly, please allow at least two (2) business days for a response to your message.

What happens if you send a message through MyChart?

Any electronic message you send through MyChart will be reviewed initially by a member of Covenant Health clinical staff, usually a nurse. If provider input is not needed to address your message, your message may not be reviewed by a provider. Messages you send (and our responses) may be made a part of your permanent medical record. Furthermore, we are only able to respond to messages based on the information you provide. If insufficient or incorrect information is provided, we may not be able to provide a proper response. It is your obligation to monitor MyChart for responses to your messages and for messages originating from your doctor’s office. In some circumstances your doctor’s office may choose to respond to you through a method other than MyChart (such as by telephone).

What is electronic medical record?

For purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “electronic medical record” means the electronic portion of your medical record. MyChart provides you with access to some (but not all) of the information contained in your electronic medical record.

Is Covenant Health responsible for any damages?
