Who can use Queen’s MyChart?

MyChart is available to individuals age 18 years or older currently receiving care from a MyChart participating healthcare provider. The Queen’s Health System now has Teen MyChart available for teens who are 14 to 17 years old. The teen can activate their account at a Queen’s clinic (activation must be done in-person).

Is MyChart free?

MyChart is free to all patients receiving medical services at The Queen’s Health System. If you see a provider outside of Queen’s, they may or may not offer MyChart. Is MyChart Secure? MyChart goes to great lengths to protect your personal medical information.
