To sign up for a Hillcrest MyChart account, click here. An activation code will be sent to you to complete the process. Once your profile is activated, you can schedule a video visit by going to Visits > Schedule an Appointment. For help signing up for MyChart, or to schedule an appointment over the phone, call our office at 918-579-DOCS (3627).

Anyone 13 years and older may register with a valid email account. Proxy access options are available for parents, legal guardians and approved caregivers to manage additional records. Patients can grant proxy access by going to Menu > Share My Record > Friends and Family > Invite Someone, or by notifying a staff member that another individual needs access to the account.
