How do I get a MyChart activation code?
During your next visit to your physician or a Baptist Health facility, you will receive an “After Visit Summary” that contains a MyChart activation code. The code will allow you to log in and from there, create your own username and password for MyChart. GET THE APP.
How long does it take to get a MyChart account?
We need some information to grant you a MyChart account. After you submit this request, it may take up to a week for processing and verification. When you’re approved, you will receive an email or a letter with your activation code and instructions on how to activate your MyChart account.
