Our Lady of the Angels will be moving to a new version of MyChart on May 1, 2021. Pay your bill (for care provided prior to May 1, 2021) Access your test results (for tests performed prior to May 1, 2021)
How to sign up for MyChart?
There are two ways to sign up for MyChart@TVC. Call the Patient Service Center at (360) 882-2778 (between 7am and 7pm Monday through Friday and 8:30am-12:30pm on Saturday) In each instance , you will be given a MyChart@TVC activation code. This code will let you login and create your own user ID and password.
What browser do I need to use MyChart?
To use MyChart@TVC you will need a recent version of Microsoft Internet Explorer (version 9 or later), Safari, Firefox, or Google Chrome. Using any other browser could result in unpredictable behavior, or may not work at all.
Is MyChart secure?
Yes. Information accessed via MyChart@TVC is secured using a personal login and password. We use the same technology as online banking to encrypt all MyChart@TVC information. TVC Notice of Privacy Practices are available at https://tvc.org/notice-of-privacy-practices.

What is NextGen Patient Portal?
NextGen Patient Portal provides access to both TVC and PHVC. The Patient Portal is a secure online resource to view upcoming appointments, access your health record, and manage your care at your convenience. Patients can enroll in both TVC and PHVC.
