It takes most patients about 5 to 10 minutes to finish their Prisma Health eVisit. You’ll be asked different questions based on your unique situation, so times can vary.

Can you be treated by a Prisma health provider?
You’ll always be treated by a licensed provider from Prisma Health. We can’t guarantee that you’ll be treated by your doctor. We will always add your Prisma Health eVisit information to your medical record and make sure your doctor sees what care you’re receiving.
