What is the MyChart app?
This app is available only on the App Store for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch. MyChart puts your health information in the palm of your hand and helps you conveniently manage care for yourself and your family members. With MyChart you can: • Communicate with your care team.
What happens to my access code when I enroll in MyChart?
When you initially enroll in MyChart, UK HealthCare provides you with an access code which you use to create a personal login name (“MyChart ID”) and a password. Once this access code has been used, it is no longer valid.
Can I use MyChart for urgent matters?
MyChart is intended to help you better communicate with your provider’s office and staff, to access portions of your medical record, and to provide general educational information. You should never use MyChart for urgent matters.
How do I get a copy of my MyChart medical record?
