How do I contact Valley Health MyChart support?
For additional assistance please call Valley Health MyChart Support, 888-730-4812 . Access MyChart on the go by installing the MyChart App on your smartphone or tablet. Search for the MyChart application in the Apple or Android app store. When the results appear, select the MyChart Epic systems app .
How do I Activate my MyChart account?
The staff will assist you in signing up for a MyChart account during your visit at one of our locations. Click on the Activate Your Account button above. Use the activation code that can be found on your enrollment letter, bill or the last page of your visit summary. Follow the instructions to activate your account.
How do I sign up for the patient portal?
New patients who are interested in signing up for our patient portal will first need to reach out to their preferred health center to register. Once registered they will receive an email that walks them through the process to enroll in the MyChart. We have 30+ locations to better serve you in your town.

MyChart is a free service offered by participating Inova medical facilities and doctors’ offices that offers patients personalized and secure on-line access to portions of their medical records. It enables you to securely use the Internet to help manage your care and receive information about your health.

A fast and easy way to communicate with your provider online. E-Visits are a secure way to connect with your provider, for certain non-emergency conditions, to discuss your health issues and receive an online diagnosis and treatment plan in the same or next business day.
