How do I email Framingham Pediatrics?

If you would like to email us, we prefer you use the Framingham Pediatrics Patient Portal (MyChart) . Your email attaches automatically to your child’s electronic medical record and becomes a permanent part of your child’s health history. You can send us attachments (photos, documents, forms to sign, etc..)

Can I use MyChart for urgent medical matters?

Urgent Medical Matters Please do notuse MyChart to send any messages requiring urgent attention (i.e. in less than 2 business days). For urgent medical matters, please contact your doctor’s office by phone. In emergency situations, call 911.

How much does MyChart cost?

This charge will not exceed $40. Your use of MyChart messaging for clinical issues authorizes Reliant Medical Group to bill for the provider’s services, and you agree you are responsible for any self-pay balance if your insurance does not cover the charges. Please check with your insurance company if you have any questions.

Is a pediatrician board certified?

All of our pediatricians are board-certified pediatricians. We are all interested in helping with your children’s developmental, behavioral and school problems in addition to their medical problems, and we encourage you to bring these issues to our attention. We all feel strongly that each of our patients should have one individual primary care physician who knows them well and not simply be a patient of a group practice. Whenever possible, you will see your own doctor when visiting our office. If your doctor is off at that time, another one of us will always be covering.
