Start your review of The Polyclinic Northgate Plaza. Unfortunately, the only urgency care option for Polyclinic was in North Seattle. I live in South Kong County, but I wanted to stay within my medical network and couldn’t see my normal providers. I was pleasantly surprised by the ease of check in, the wait was reasonable and seemed to go in order.
How do I sign up for the polyclinic?
If you’re new to The Polyclinic and don’t have an account, you can sign up online. If you have questions about MyChart or want help signing up, call 1-206-320-6767. using MyChart or call your clinic. To make an appointment for primary care, fill out our form or call 1-206-329-1777.
What is the urgency care option for polyclinic?

Where can I Park at Polyclinic?
Please use only assigned Polyclinic parking spots (painted white) on the southeast side of the building. The remaining permitted spots are reserved for other building tenants.
How long is MyChart code good for?
Once you receive your one-time-use access code, please use it immediately to activate your MyChart account, as the code is only valid for 60 days.
