What’s new at St Joseph’s Health?

St. Joseph’s Health has transitioned to a new patient portal – Trinity Health MyChart – to better meet your needs. Any new information from visits to a St. Joseph’s Health doctor’s office or hospital from March 18, 2023 and beyond, including prescription refills, visit notes and lab results, will now be in your new MyChart patient portal.

How do I register for the MyChart app?

Give us a call toll-free at 888.727.2017. A member of the support team is ready to help you register. To access the MyChart app on your Android or Apple phone or tablet, simply go to your App Store and search for MyChart.

What is the IHA MyChart portal?

This portal allows patients to view test results, pay bills, schedule your next appointment, request medication renewals, and view medical information from anywhere. The staff at your IHA practice location will help you create your MyChart account in person at your next appointment.

When did Saint Joseph Health System change its electronic health record system?

Saint Joseph Health System changed its electronic health record system in October 2021. MyChart may not have all historical visit information and test results available for visits that occurred before this date. If you need a copy of your medical record, please contact our Health Information Management team.
