What is the MyChart patient portal?
UW Health said the individual had viewed the MyChart patient portal homepage which displays clinical information such as hospital admission dates, appointment reminders, care team, subject lines of messages from providers, and prompts to view new test results.
Does St Luke’s MyChart provide all health information?
No, St. Luke’s MyChart only provides certain health information to you from its doctors and Hospitals. If you have questions about your medical documents, you will need to contact our Medical Records Department at 484-526-4719 or your doctor’s office.
Can I get access to my child’s MyChart account?
Yes you can. This is called Proxy Access and allows a parent (or guardian) to log into their personal MyChart account and then connect to information regarding their family member. To request access to a child’s account, complete a Child Proxy Request within your MyChart account found in your Medical Records tab.
Where does MyChart come from?
Your MyChart information comes directly from your electronic medical record at your doctor’s office. Ask your doctor to correct any inaccurate information at your next clinic visit. Your health information is reviewed and updated in your electronic medical record each visit. Is there a fee to use MyChart?
Can I use MyChart for urgent or emergency needs?
MyChart is NOT to be used for urgent needs. Please visit one of our urgent care locations or call your clinic. For medical emergencies, dial 911.
How do I register for MyChart?
On the myPRES Registration page , enter your information and select Register.
How old do you have to be to have a MyChart account?
If you are a parent or guardian of a minor child under the age of 14 and would like to request proxy access to their medical records, you will be required to have your own MyChart account.
How to share my medical records?
If you are an adult and would like to provide limited or full view access to your medical records, you can do so from your MyChart account. Once logged in, choose Share My Record from the menu.
