Who can access my MyChart account?
No one else can access your myChart account. However, your provider and care team can see your health information through the electronic medical record maintained at the clinic and/or hospital so that they can care for you.
What is the best way to get in touch with the MyChart Support Desk?
If you have questions, you can email
[email protected] or call 216-778-8801 Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. – 6 p.m to speak with the MyChart support desk. Remember, MyChart is NOT to be used for urgent needs. For medical emergencies, dial 911. I have a MyChart account at another health care organization.
Can I get a MyChart account if I am a proxy to access a patient’s medical record?
Parents, family members, legal representatives, and other individuals may also obtain a MyChart account if they become authorized as a proxy to access a patient’s medical record for approved purposes. In all cases, a form must be completed at the provider’s office before proxy access can be granted.
How can I renew my medication on MyChart?
Log in to your MyChart account, click “Menu,” click “My Record/Medications” and then click “Request Renewals.” Click on the medication you would like to refill and follow the steps on the screen. Please note this feature is only available for patients who use Johns Hopkins Medicine Pharmacies at this time.
Is there a fee to use Main Line Health MyChart?
No, there is no fee. MyChart is a free service offered to our patients.

Your MyChart information is taken directly from your electronic medical record at your Main Line HealthCare provider’s office.
Can my spouse and I share one MyChart account?
Due to the sensitive nature of medical information, all adults (18 years and older) must sign and submit a Release of Information request and establish their own MyChart account.
How do I terminate proxy access?
Contact our portal support desk at 484.580.1080 to speak with a representative who can assist with your request. We cannot guarantee how quickly proxy access can be terminated following receipt of a termination request.
