Can I use MyChart to refill my medications?
Please DO NOT use MyChart to refill your medications. To refill medications, you can call the refill line at (360) 312-2497 and select option 1 to refill a prescription. You can then enter the prescription number from your bottle.
What if I don’t remember my MyChart password or username?
If you do not remember any of this information, or you do not have a valid e-mail address on file, you will have to contact your clinic to help you regain access to your MyChart account. Please call Erie at 312-666-3494, option 5 for assistance with resetting your password or username.
What to do if you don’t have refills?
If you have refills remaining, please contact your pharmacy directly. If you do not have any refills and need a new prescription from your provider, you can quickly & easily request them
How to schedule an appointment on MyChart?
To directly schedule an appointment for yourself log into MyChart and go to “Schedule Appointments”, then select “Schedule Now”.
How to schedule a VG appointment?
You are able to schedule your own vaccine appointment on MyChart, walk into any VG clinic during regular business hours or attend one of our mobile community vaccination events.
