Our affiliation with Tampa General Hospital gives our patients access to their health records from both organizations through one MyChart Account. If you currently have a MyChart account with Tampa General hospital, you do not need an account at USF Health. We take great care to ensure your health information is kept private and secure.

How do I sign up for MyChart?

Join the new generation of patients taking a more active role in managing their health and wellness. USF Health strongly encourages all patients to sign up for MyChart, all you need to do is request an activation code. This code will enable you to log in and create your own user ID and password.

How do I make an appointment at USF Health?
