Direct communication with your care team through messaging MyChart (MyUnityPoint) is an online tool that offers you secure access to portions of your medical records. It enables you to securely use the Internet to help manage and receive information about your health. Patients have immediate access to finalized test results.
How do I sign up for MyChart?
You’ll receive an email containing a link that automatically enrolls you in MyChart. Click the link and follow the instructions to activate and access your MyChart account. Those 18 and older can sign up for MyChart online. In order to verify your identity and keep your information safe, we use a secure third party (EXPERIANHLTH).
