When a user has access to multiple patient accounts, such as a parent who has access to their children’s information, the information will all appear in the same feed, color-coded by person, making it easy for the user to stay on top of everyone’s care. These users can also select a specific patient from their menu to go to just that patient’s full chart.

A new, unified menu will provide patients with access to every available activity, in addition to what’s accessible through shortcuts or the health feed, and patients can search for menu items by name. Previously, not all activities that were on the website were available through the mobile app, but that will no longer be an issue. All activities that are available on the MyChart website will not be accessible through the mobile app. Shortcuts on the home page will default to the four activities the user selects the most often, replacing the “Quick Links” section in previous versions.
