How do I access MyChart?

Both outpatients and inpatients can also access MyChart by filling out an access request form. If you include your email address on the form, Rush will email your activation code. Fill out the form and then email or fax the form to the Health Information Management Office:

Who can download the my Rush app?

Anyone with a MyChart account can download and use the app for free. If you don’t have a MyChart account, you can create one on your computer or on the app. The My Rush app contains the same information as your MyChart account, plus additional features such as video visits, driving directions, a symptom checker and more.

Are all the physicians featured in MyChart members of Rush?

Please note that all physicians featured in MyChart are members of Rush. Some of the physicians who use MyChart are in private practice and, as independent practitioners, are not agents or employees of Rush or Rush Copley.

How long does it take to get a MyChart account?

We need some information from you in order to grant you a MyChart account. Once submitted, it could take up to a week for processing and verification. Once approved, you will receive an email or a letter with your activation code and instructions on how to activate your MyChart account.
