You can obtain an activation code from the After Visit Summary provided as part of a patient visit at a Virtua facility. Request a code by completing the sign-up code request form that can be obtain from the Virtua.org website.

When will Virtua make more of your medical records?

Beginning February 23, 2021, Virtua proactively made more of your medical information, including most new provider notes, automatically available to you in MyChart. While Virtua has tried to make your most important medical information automatically available in MyChart, MyChart does not contain your full medical record.
