What is MyChart & how does it work?
MyChart lets you access your health information, upcoming appointments, test results, medical bills, price estimates and more all in one place – even if you’ve been treated at multiple health organizations. Items that are part of your medical record include prescriptions, lab results, allergies and immunizations.
What should I not do with MyChart?
Please do not use MyChart for messages requiring urgent attention. For urgent medical matters, contact your provider’s office directly. If you have a medical emergency, please call 911. Does Banner Health provide proxy access to adolescent patients?
As Banner Health is not able to separate those records through the portal, we do not yet provide proxy access to Banner Health accounts for adolescent patients. Arizona follows the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998, Title 15 USC 6 501-6505 .
How do I schedule an appointment with MyChart?
Use MyChart to schedule some care appointments. Select Visits from the top menu. Click the green Schedule an appointment button. Under Tell us why you’re coming in, click on Adult/Pediatric Specialty Care. Answer the questions and follow the prompts. Select an available date and time. Click Submit to secure your appointment.
