What happened to HealthEast MyChart?

HealthEast MyChart has been consolidated into M Health Fairview MyChart, which is where you can now access your health records and schedule appointments, including scheduling appointments with providers and locations you previously scheduled with using HealthEast MyChart.

What can I do with MyChart?

MyChart is mobile! Make appointments, check test results, and communicate with your care team — all from your mobile device. Send messages to your health care team. View and print medical information such as visit summaries, health history, medication lists and immunization schedules.

How do I access my child’s MyChart Records?

The MyChart tool is unable to filter out services protected under this law, so if your child is between the ages of 12-17 you will be granted partial access to his or her MyChart record. Should you need copies of your child’s records, you may obtain them by contacting Health Information Management.

How long does it take to receive a MyChart answer?

You will generally receive an answer within 2 business days. Please note that MyChart should not be used for urgent situations. Please contact your provider if the situation requires immediate attention or dial 911 if it is an emergency.
