What is parkland MyChart?
Through MyChart, you can have secure, online access to your medical information anytime and anywhere either via the Web or through the app. Parkland MyChart is free for all Parkland patients and you can talk to Parkland staff to sign up or sign yourself up. Ask for medication refills and renewals if using a Parkland pharmacy

How long does it take for MyChart to respond?
The MyChart system should never be used for urgent matters. The anticipated turnaround time for response to electronic messages is 1 to 2 business days , but could be longer. Also, you should not assume that your provider is aware of any changes in your health, even if you submitted e-mails or updates through the MyChart system. Accordingly, PLEASE CALL 911 OR YOUR PHYSICIAN, AND/OR GO TO THE EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT OF A LOCAL HOSPITAL, IF YOU BELIEVE THAT YOU ARE EXPERIENCING A MEDICAL EMERGENCY OR ANY OTHER HEALTH CHANGES THAT ARE PROBLEMATIC FOR YOU.
Does Parkland own MyChart?
I acknowledge and agree that Parkland and its licensors own all proprietary rights to the MyChart service and all technology related thereto. I agree not to copy, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display or perform, republish, transmit, distribute or reverse engineer any of Parkland’s or its licensors’ proprietary material.
