How do I view past visits in MyChart?

In the web version of MyChart, click on Appointments and Visits. Look under Past Visits. You can view notes after a clinic visit. You can also view notes after being admitted to the hospital. Look for Hospital Visit. Hospital notes are sorted by admission date. In the mobile MyChart app, go to Appointments. Click on the visit you want to see.

What is eCheck in?

The “eCheck-In” activity will ask you to review and verify your personal information, just as you would if you were registering with the front desk. You will then be prompted to complete any medical questionnaires related to your visit. If at any time you cannot complete part of the process, you can cancel or tap “Finish Later” to leave the activity and save your answers. If you come back later to continue, you’ll be returned to where you left off.

How long does it take to get a response from a medical question?
