Who can see my MyChart messages?

Your entire OHSU care team. All of your OHSU primary care and specialty providers can see your MyChart messages in your health record — even the messages you did not send to them. This helps link your health and care plans across our system. Log in to MyChart on your computer, or open the MyChart app on your smartphone or tablet.

Where do I Find my MyChart access code?

To get parent/caregiver proxy access to another person’s MyChart account, you can request this access upon checking in at the clinic or call the clinic directly. For children under 15 years of age, only parents or legal guardians may request access to their child’s account.

To create a MyChart account, use the link in the activation email you received when scheduling an appointment. The email sign up links are valid for 24 hours. After 24 hours, you will need to request another activation code from your provider’s office or join online.
