You can also share your SMART Health Card with another app on your device, or upload it into a web portal. If you use Samsung Pay on your device, you can also save your vaccination SMART Health Card in your wallet for easy access. How do I verify a smart health card?
You can download the free SMART Health Card Verifier app by The Commons Project from the App Store to scan the QR code you just got. You should get a green check mark “Verified”, showing both that it is in the SMART Health Card format, and the issuer is on the CommonTrust Network.

Does CommonHealth accept smart cards?
CommonHealth only accepts SMART Health Cards at this time. Printed vaccination records that do not include a QR code, including CDC cards, cannot be processed by our system.
