Accessing your MyUHealthChart is now easier than ever, just download the MyChart app from the App Store or Google Play. Please do not use MyUHealthChart to send messages requiring urgent attention. For medical emergencies, please call 911. For medical urgent matters, contact your doctor’s office.
What can I do with MyChart?
With MyChart, you can make appointments, get medicine refills and see your test results. If you’re a current patient, sign in to your MyChart account to schedule an in-person or a virtual appointment. If you’re new to The Everett Clinic and don’t have an account, you can sign up online.
