Can I sign up for an OhioHealth MyChart account automatically?

What is the OhioHealth mobile app?
This app is available only on the App Store for iPhone and iPad. With a few taps in the OhioHealth mobile app, you can easily find OhioHealth doctors, get directions to nearby urgent and emergency care locations, and access your MyChart health record – anytime, anyplace! You must have a MyChart account to access MyChart features.
Where is MyChart available?
Currently, MyChart features are available only for OhioHealth facilities in the greater Columbus area, including Delaware and Marion. Please read our Mobile Application Privacy Policy for Consumers. By using the OhioHealth Mobile App to connect to a healthcare provider, you consent to this Privacy Policy.

What do you need to request a copy of a child’s record?
If you are requesting a copy of another person’s record, you will need to provide legal documentation verifying legal guardianship, power of attorney for healthcare, executorship or next-of-kin relationship of a decedent. Parents may request copies of their minor child’s record if they have legal custody and the child is not legally emancipated.
How long does it take to get continuity of care records?
Please also include which care site or sites records are needed from. Turnaround time for continuity of care requests is normally three business days or less.
Do you pay for a copy of your medical record?
If requested for follow-up care, there are no fees for a copy of your medical record. There may be a fee when requested for other purposes (such as legal, insurance claims or personal use).
