What is MyChart and how does it work?
That means that you, and anyone you’ve given MyChart access to, will see test results without a time delay, a summary of what you told the doctor or nurse, findings from exams, your doctor’s assessment or diagnosis of any medical conditions, and your treatment plan and next steps.
How do I verify my identity for a MyChart account?
We must verify your identity in order to grant you a myChart account. We can do so using the following methods: By calling the UMass Memorial Health myChart Patient Support Line (open Monday through Friday, 7 am to 8 pm) at 855-UMASS-MD (855-862-7763).
What to do if you forgot your password on Medicat?
Sometimes when people forget their username or password the main screen just sits there and spins and doesn’t give you an error message of ‘invalid password’ or something like that. Pain! We know!
