The UTMB Health MyChart Patient Support team is available 24/7 at (409) 772-4278. MyChart should only be used for non-urgent matters; it should not be used in emergencies. If you are experiencing a sudden or severe change in your health, or otherwise need an immediate response, call 911 or contact your provider’s office by telephone.
What can I do with MyChart?
MyChart puts your health information in the palm of your hand and helps you conveniently manage care for yourself and your family members. With MyChart you can: • Communicate with your care team. • Review test results, medications, immunization history, and other health information.
How do I sign up for a MyChart account?
To sign up for an account, download the app and search for your healthcare organization or go to your healthcare organization’s MyChart website. After you’ve signed up, turn on Face ID, Touch ID, or a four-digit passcode to quickly log in without needing to use your MyChart username and password each time.
What is MyChart in pharmacy?
MyChart makes managing your medications easier. A list of all prescribed medications is viewable as part of your medical record. Send a message to your clinic team if you have a prescribed medication you would like renewed. Remember to always contact your pharmacy FIRST, to see if you have medication refills remaining. If the provider approves the renewal of the medication, the clinic team will send the new prescription to your preferred pharmacy.
What is a precheck in?
PreCheck-In functionality allows you to use MyChart to go through steps like verifying your address and contact information, insurance coverage, allergies, and medications. You can also pay your office visit copay through PreCheck-In as well as read and sign any required documents. Additionally, this feature allows you to complete questionnaires for your visit prior to your arrival.
