Who can have a children’s health MyChart account?
To have a Children’s Health MyChart account you must be either a patient of Children’s Health (aged 14 or older), or the parent or legal guardian of a patient (any age). Children in foster care and their caregivers are not eligible for MyChart accounts. Learn more about different types of accounts.

Two-Factor Authentication: MYchart now uses Two-Factor Authentication. In order to access MYchart on your device, you will be required to enter a code that will be sent to your email address on file. Your Internet browser or device can be authorized for 180 days by checking ‘skip this step next time’ when you sign-in.
