      How to access CHAS health records?

      If you already use the CHAS Health App, you can access your health records there too. Click the CHAS icon and find Labs & History.

      How long does it take to get a copy of a health record?

      Health record requests will be processed within 14 business days from the date the request is received. CHAS may charge a fee for copying health records. If you need assistance or have any questions regarding the status of a request, please contact the Health Records Department at 509.434.0381 or 866.840.2427.

      Can you access your health records at Chas?

      You can look up health information for yourself, to easily view lab and past appointment information, or you can make a formal records request to receive a complete copy of all records of your care at CHAS Health. You can also make arrangements to securely email health records from another provider to CHAS Health.

      How to access microphone on CHAS?

      Android users: allow the CHAS Health App to access the microphone. Check or adjust this by going to Settings, then Apps & Notifications. Select CHAS Health App from the list, open it, and make sure Microphone and Camera are turned on.
