Is my MyChart access code confidential?
It is extremely important that you keep your MyChart access code, login ID and password completely confidential from anyone. If your access code and password is available to others, they will be able to view your medical information and communicate with your clinic as if they were you.
How do I access my mycarle account?
Access your secure MyCarle account on any mobile or tablet device. Follow these simple steps: Download the “MyChart” app from the iTunes App Store or Google Play Store. When installation is complete, launch the app and select “Illinois” from the list of states. Select “Carle” from the list of healthcare providers.
What is MyChart and how does it work?

A note is a provider’s complete documentation of the conversation and observations from your visit. This may include some advanced medical terminology. Now you can access these notes anytime so you can feel more confident and in control of your healthcare.*
How to access MyCarle account for a 17 year old?
In order for a parent or legal guardian to access the MyCarle account of a 12 to 17-year-old patient, the patient will need to go into the doctor’s office and sign a consent form. Once the patient signs the form, the parent or legal guardian will be able to see the same information the patient sees in his/her MyCarle account. The patient has the right to revoke this access at any time in compliance with state of Illinois regulations.
