Your confidential medical information on MyChart will be accessible only to appropriate CMC staff, your physician, or the staff in your physician’s office. CMC will make its best effort to provide a timely response to electronic inquiries or other communication submitted through MyChart to CMC.
What should I do if MyChart is not available?
DURING TIMES WHEN MYCHART IS UNAVAILABLE, OTHER COMMUNICATION METHODS (E.G., TELEPHONE) SHOULD BE USED TO CONTACT CMC AND/OR MY HEALTH CARE PROVIDER.

Can you use MyChart on Epic?
Studies may be done remotely or on Epic’s campus. If you’re able to come to Epic, they’ll provide you with a lunch and a tour of their campus. MyChart is not to be used in emergencies or for messages that require immediate attention — for medical emergencies call 911.

They were the first hospital in the world to offer Generation 4 CyberKnife technology to treat cancer. As a leader in comprehensive cardiovascular services Community Regional offers more advanced cardiac treatment options than any other hospital in the Valley. They perform about 3,600 cardiovascular procedures a year and partner with the UCSF Fresno Medical Education Program to offer the only cardiology, pulmonary and interventional cardiac fellowship training programs in the region. They are one of the busiest birthing centers in California with the largest Level 3 neonatal intensive care unit in the Valley.
