How can I Activate my MyChart account?
In Person: Ask your provider’s medical assistant or clinic staff to activate your MyChart account when you visit the clinic. If you received a MyChart activation code from your clinic, please enter your activation code. 3. What can you do with MyChart?

How can I schedule an appointment with my doctor using MyChart?
Simply log in to MyChart, then select “Visits” and “Schedule an appointment.” Choose a type of visit, then select a provider and practice location to see current available appointments. Message your doctor
What is the MyChart fast pass?
MyChart Fast Pass is a waitlist function that notifies you if an earlier appointment becomes available to help you get the care you need faster. If there has been a cancellation and you have requested an earlier appointment, MyChart will send you an email. Patients who respond first will receive the earlier appointment.
Can I view a family member’s health record through MyHSHS?
Family members can receive special access, which allows parents, guardians and approved family members to log into their own personal MyHSHS account and then connect to information about their family member. Ask your doctor’s office for more information.
What is HSHS medical group?
HSHS Medical Group offers our patients one of the easiest tools for health care management. MyHSHS is a free online personal health record that you can access securely from your home computer, laptop or mobile device. MyHSHS gives you the ability to view your medical record online and become an active participant in your own health and wellness.
Do you need separate email accounts for each patient?
Yes. For your privacy, separate email accounts will be required for each patient.
How to get a new password for MyChart?
You can get a new password by clicking on the “Forgot password?” link on the MyChart welcome page. You will be prompted to enter your MyChart ID, Social Security number and date of birth. Next, answer the password reset question you created when you first signed up for MyChart. After answering the password reset question, you will be asked to select a new password.
How many characters are in a MyChart ID?
Choose a MyChart ID and password that is easy for you to remember, but hard for others to guess. Your MyChart ID must be between five and nine characters, but cannot include symbols. Once selected, your MyChart ID cannot be changed.
