What is MyChart?

How do I use the Mercy Health MyChart app?
Once you’ve downloaded the MyChart app to your phone or tablet, simply select your health care provider and enter your MyChart username and password. If you have forgotten your password or for any problems using or logging into the app, contact the Mercy Health MyChart Help Desk at 1-844-552-4278.
How do I get a MyChart activation code?
During your next visit to your physician or a Baptist Health facility, you will receive an “After Visit Summary” that contains a MyChart activation code. The code will allow you to log in and from there, create your own username and password for MyChart. GET THE APP.
How do I ask a question in MyChart?
After logging into your MyChart account, hover over the Messaging tab and select “Ask a Question” Select the option that applies to you: new medical question, request a medication refill or customer service question. If you are sending a new medical question, choose a recipient, select a subject and compose your message.
