How do I create a MyChart account?
On the MyChart login page, click “Sign Up And Verify,” enter your contact information and verify your identity to create a MyChart account. You can also use the activation code provided on your After Visit Summary after your appointment. You can sign up at home when it is convenient for you, within 45 days of the visit.
How do I schedule an MRI at Johns Hopkins?
Patients now have the convenient option to schedule certain exams including mammograms, ultrasounds, CT exams, x-ray, DEXA, and select MRI exams online through the Johns Hopkins MyChart portal. Select your preferred day, time, and location by logging into your account at MyChart.
