FAQ
What is exact sciences?
As a leader in cancer testing, we are committed to providing earlier answers and life-changing treatment guidance. Exact Sciences’ current portfolio of products primarily focuses on colorectal, breast and prostate cancers, with research and development looking at the top 15 deadliest cancers, including multi-cancer testing.
How does MyChart work?
Welcome to MyChart! Patients using a MyChart account will get their results much faster than patients awaiting a phone call from their clinic. This is because the MyChart patient portal is tied directly into your electronic health record. As soon as the test result is recorded, it is also posted in MyChart.
When will my test results be available in MyChart?
Your test results are released to your MyChart account after they have been sent to your doctor for review. They may be available immediately, or within approximately 7 days. If you don’t see your results after this time, please contact your doctor’s office.
Can I use MyChart to send messages that require urgent attention?
Please do not use MyChart to send messages that require urgent attention. For urgent medical matters call your Health Care Provider’s office or Dial 9-1-1 in the event of an emergency. For help logging in, or other technical support questions: Please email us at [email protected] or call (520) 324-6400
