Our patient portals offer you convenient, personalized, and secure online access to part of your health records from participating Munson Healthcare hospitals, clinics, and doctor’s offices: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
How do I access my Patient Portal?
Find the name of the hospital or practice that you visited below and click the button to access your patient portal. You can also download the smartphone app (if available), and even connect your health records to your favorite third-party health app, like Apple Health.
What can I do if I visit a Munson Healthcare clinic?
